Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant at Phoenix Manufacturing, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
  • Assisting in the development of engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other marketing channels
  • Collaborating with graphic designers to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Assisting in managing and maintaining our social media presence, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of the online marketing world, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to complete tasks on time
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or the jewelry industry (not mandatory)

Qualifications

  • Basic Degree
  • Photoshop and Illustrator (is an advantage)
  • Able to read & write English
  • Creative Thinking
  • Able to start work as soon as possible
