Responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant at Phoenix Manufacturing, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
- Assisting in the development of engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other marketing channels
- Collaborating with graphic designers to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Assisting in managing and maintaining our social media presence, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
Requirements
- Basic understanding of the online marketing world, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Able to complete tasks on time
- Previous experience in e-commerce or the jewelry industry (not mandatory)
Qualifications
- Basic Degree
- Photoshop and Illustrator (is an advantage)
- Able to read & write English
- Creative Thinking
- Able to start work as soon as possible
